BodySwift Pro is currently a waitlist landing page. We are not a live product, not a medical service, and not a health coaching platform yet. This page explains what data we collect from the waitlist form and how we use it.
When you join the waitlist, we collect:
We do not collect health data, biometric data, location data, device identifiers, or any information beyond what you voluntarily submit in the form.
Waitlist submissions are processed through Netlify Forms and stored securely within Netlify's platform. We do not operate our own database for this data at this stage. Netlify's privacy policy applies to how submissions are stored on their infrastructure.
You can request that we delete your waitlist submission at any time. Email us at hello@bodyswiftpro.com with the subject line: Delete my data. We will confirm deletion within 14 days.
You can also ask what information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to stop using it.
Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. BodySwift Pro is not a medical device and is not intended to replace consultation with a qualified clinician. The wellness goals you select on the waitlist are used purely for product research purposes.
As the platform develops, this policy will be updated to reflect new data practices. Material changes will be communicated to waitlist members before they take effect.
